Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to United States and Canada. However, as we scale up, we will expand to other countries. 

Where do you ship from? 

Our manufacturers are located overseas, as such, we ship directly from our manufacturers to you. 

How long does it take for orders to be processed? 

All orders are immediately processed once we receive payment. This whole process takes 1-3 days. We only process orders on business days Monday to Friday so if you were to place an order on Friday, it is likely to be processed on Monday or Tuesday. During holiday season, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. For more detailed information, please check out our shipping policy

How long does it take for orders to shipped? 

After your order is processed and you have received a confirmation email with your attached tracking number, it generally takes 7-10 days to arrive. During holiday seasons, please allow for extra time due to high demand. 

What happens if I do not receive my order? 

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at support@zephcoffee.com. We wish to offer you a satisfactory experience. 

What if the item(s) I receive are damaged or defective?
