FAQ

What types of filters are compatible with this dripper?

Luckily most if not all filters you find on the market are compatible. V60s will fit just fine and are recommended, you can also find them here.

What do you recommend between 1-2 cup and 3-4 cup variant?

Great Question! Generally, the 1-2 cup model is suitable for an individual person and for the standard ratio of grinds to water for pourovers. However, 3-4 cups is great for sharing and you could easily double up the ratios to meet the appropriate ratio.

How do I clean the wooden base?

We strongly recommend to keep it dry and avoid washing it directly. While it does have a coating, to prolong its life, just wipe off any debris with a brush or napkin. If it does happen to get wet, dap it dry, then let it air dry.

The product arrived broken, what should I do?
